This was a prototype for a custom pickleball bag, and working with Jason was a pleasure.  He kept me informed of progress on the fabrication, and ensured that he understood exactly what I needed. His responsiveness was excellent, and we had a few live conversations that made the iterative process infinitely more efficient than attempting to do it exclusively via narrative or using diagrams, as you can see how various materials behave, interact, and appear when in the context of other materials and a person using the product. After receiving the prototype and doing some hands-on testing, we settled on a few minor modifications that would further enhance the design and functionality of the bag, and Jason again provided excellent service by communicating clearly and effectively, then confirming everything from sizes to colors and location changes for various features of the bag design. We anticipate having very happy customers once we receive the order we placed.
